Chad and Sarah are educators who live in Balsam Township, MN. The idea for making candles came from the mass accumulation of wine bottles in the garage over the years.
With the help of our graphic designer friend KD Bauer, and some impulse purchases, the Balsam Candle Company came to fruition. The goal of the Balsam Candle Company is to create high quality and clean burning wood wick candles using products made in the USA. While using high end products comes at a premium, we want to deliver the highest quality hand-made candles as possible.
We plan to use the profits from this small business to put money away in a college fund for our daughters, Lyla and Sophia.
